Charlotte was absolutely incredible at helping us find the perfect home! I was at Navy Officer Candidate School in Rhode Island when the coronavirus pandemic hit, so when I graduated I immediately had to move to North Carolina for my duty station. Normally, I would have had time to conduct a proper house hunt, but we were crunched for time. Luckily, Charlotte was recommended to us, and she helped us find the perfect home while meeting our time constraints. She sent us plenty of great listings that met our needs, and when we settled on the right one she advised us on what kind of offer to submit that would get us the house. She supervised the contract negotiations, and we were able to get the house we were after. She made the process a breeze, even though I was still in Rhode Island, with state of the art tech that enabled me to review, complete, and sign all the necessary paperwork online. She arranged all the necessary inspections so that we were comfortable with the house we were getting, even without seeing it in person. Additionally, her husband's company facilitated our mortgage and helped get us the great interest rate of 3.125%! Our family recently moved back to the area from out of state and Charlotte was our realtor. She did an amazing job and had great attention to detail in what we wanted. We purchased our house while out of state and she did a really good job at keeping us up to date with everything and doing FaceTime calls as needed for viewings of the home. Weather your looking to rent, buy or sell the process can sometimes be overwhelming and stressful that you don’t even want to go through it. While looking for a rental I had reached out to an agent that was listed on the sign posted in the yard and that agent luckily happened to be Charlotte. We were new to NC as we were military and happened to get stationed there. As a military family moving to a new state and finding a place to call home is nerve wrecking but the moment we connected with Charlotte all those feelings instantly went away!
