My name is Charlotte! I was born and raised in Knoxville, TN however I relocated to the coast in 2010. I quickly realized moving to a different state sight unseen is no easy feat. I became a realtor in 2011 and fell in love with helping families throughout their real estate journey. Living close to Camp Lejeune, I have specialized in military first time homebuyers and have helped over 275 families buy and sell their homes here.
